At Adara, we believe great wine starts long before it reaches your glass. Our vineyards are nestled in the beautiful Drakenstein Valley, surrounded by mountains and the natural beauty of the Cape Winelands.

The combination of rich soils, cool morning shade and gentle afternoon breezes creates wonderful growing conditions for our grapes, allowing them to ripen slowly and develop their natural character.

When harvest time arrives, our grapes are carefully picked by hand and brought to the cellar, where they’re cooled, sorted and prepared for winemaking. Every step receives the attention it deserves, because we believe the little things make a big difference.

Winemaking has been part of this estate’s story for generations, and today we’re proud to continue that tradition alongside renowned winemaker Niel Bester.
